User reviews about this book
This book is everything. It has what most girls dream of, finding that someone who just makes you explode with different feelings sometimes even you cant decipher.
I didn’t want it to end!!!
Oh Cole and Ella...it’s not every day you read a book and instantly become the main character but I did today! I resonated with Ella so quickly despite the age difference. Their love story is lovely and the soundtrack has been playing in my head all day. I didn’t want the book to end. Definitely a must read!
A story of dreams and love
Of course when you go into a romance novel, you know that character A and character B are going to end up together. When character A already has a boyfriend, it really makes you want to follow the adventure on how they end up in the arms of character B. I love how they slowly come to the realization that they are meant for each other. I love how they slowly extract the boyfriend from the equation without labeling him as a huge jerk or making him do something awful. Very relatable if yet unlikely love story.
The whole series is phenomenal!
Fun to read. I couldn’t wait to pick up where i left off. I was racing to the end
Don't waste your time with this book. The lead girl is pathetic. I don't know why anyone would want her. If a person can't determine they want to be happy then they deserve to be miserable. Her whiny and weak personality got really old and I lost complete interest in the book.
What a great book.
I absolutely loved this book
I absolutely loved this story. I could so relate to the passions of Ella & Cole --- great music & real dancing, which to me are the height of true romance. I felt that way in my younger years & still feel that way today when I am so much older. My "boyfriend" of those early years, who is my "husband" of 52 years, & I saw the magic in these passions. This makes us think (& feel) that we are still young. Thanks for a great book!
Not the HEA I expected...Spoiler alert!
By jericho's girl
I really wanted Ella to end up with Cole...but not like that. I stopped reading after ch. 33. After all the sweetness and tension, THAT simply wasn't the right way to get them to finally be together. I already liked Ella less after she initiated sex with David while thinking of Cole. As for Cole, it was total douchebag move hooking up with Ella literally minutes after she humiliated David at David's 21st bday party. Hello? Best bud? David, dude, you're so dang lucky to have them both in your life!
