User reviews about this book
What a great read. Thrilling from cover to cover.
Main character has a lack of personality & there’s so much islamophobia, I had to stop reading
I couldn’t put the book down; well written! The varying plots always keeping my interest. Well done! Usm1988

This is a five star book. I could not put it down. It is long and when your old like me it sometimes is hard to remember where you left off while reading a long book. Not this one.
Mr. Hayes please do not wait long in writing your second book.
Your protagonist is great: please keep him in your next story.
Super smart and gripping. Very few slow moments. Excellent read.
Terrific espionage/detective thriller
By Jon S Redding
This is a hell of a debut. Sprawling, there’s a labyrinthine journey through Pilgrim’s memories interwoven with the present-day caper, but none of it is extraneous, this guy uses every part of the buffalo.

I would recommend it to anyone
Hands down one of the best books out in years. The writer does an amazing job keeping the reader connected to the storyline and ties all four parts together very well. It was like watching a movie.

One of the better books I’ve read in awhile. Complex storyline but the author shepherds you through gently. Characters are fleshed out very well, halfway through you really feel like you actually know and more importantly, understand them.
