    I bought this book immediately after it was available. I also saw the Dr. Oz episode and was very encouraged by what seems to make a lot of sense. Once the book downloaded I read it in two days. Fascinating!!! I have been following his theory for 3 days now and since I don't have a scale I am not sure if I have lost any weight but I do know my jeans aren't as tight. : D Since I had a lot of stuff in my kitchen already it has been really easy to follow and I am not really hungry at all. Not so sure about that breakfast muffin lol it was really hard to get down. : ( But chapter 8 is loaded with meal plans and there are two options to choose from and a full list of foods to eat and not to eat! I am really hopeful that this is the break through I've been looking for!
