OMG! Loved it
Loved the ideas in this book though hated telling people what it was called title seems like something a 13 year old girl would invent but the content is all that matters. This book changed my outlook on dieting. Forever! Although I don't follow all of the tips everyday I definitely keep up with the ones that really work for me!
OMG - Crazy Works
I have tried pretty much every diet out there, e.g. Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, Paleo, vegetarian, Fit for Life, etc. I also try to keep current on the latest health trends by reading the latest research collated by Drs. Perricone, Mercola, Lipman, Oz, etc.
Having said this, if I had just read this book then my review would be pretty much the same as the negative reviews on here. BUT...I actually said what the heck and gave it a try. Unbelievable! The weight just started peeling off me like never before and I feel great! I had started tracking my weight and watching my calories before I read this book with the app called Mynetdiary. Immediately after I implemented the somewhat crazy sounding suggestions in this book my weight tracking chart went from an up and down see-saw to a straight downward ski slope. It might sound kind of crazy and hokey but don't knock it until you give it a try.
P.S. I am not very overweight, my BMI putting me in the normal range, but I have a very small bone structure and don't carry any excess weight well. Also, I didn't do the cold baths but merely started my normal warm shower and slowly switched the water to cool. I am also VERY far from being a teenager like some say this book is marketed to. Yet, this some say crazy plan is working crazy well for me.
Maybe I'm not the audience...truly one of the most annoying books I've read--and I read a lot. Peppered throughout with suggestions that "your parents probably don't want you to read this book" and "your friends will be scared if you read it" (ostensibly because you'll be skinnier than they are), this book, in my opinion, represents pretty much everything that's wrong with our skinny-body-obsessed culture. If you're a parent, I'd offer up that you might want to download a sample chapter and decide for yourself. In fact....if you're anyone. Definitely try before you buy on this one...if for no other reason than to make sure you can stomach the tone.
Ridiculous diet advice. A 6th grader has better writing skills. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Total garbage.

Is this book serious? Cold baths? 200 mg of caffeine first thing in the morning? I would be a starving, freezing nervous wreck. Complete disappointment.
Low carbs all over again! And now eating fruit is dangerous! If everyone has the time to excercise 3 times a day, it goes without saying, that you will get skinny. Then you wouldn't need to pay for this book.

A real book that has real facts and promotes you to make real lasting healthy changes. Very informative and empowering. I've read a bunch of diet books and this one really pulls alot of ideas into one arena. Can't wait to get more OMG
Worst drivel yet!
Can't believe that this book has been a hit in the UK. There is really nothing in the book other than cold baths, skip breakfast, and don't eat so much. And written in a voice that goes with OMG.
Retired - you can do this!
Not sure if the the rest of America can make it work, but encourage all to try!
