This book has many good ideas to in chance frozen meals. It's quick and convenient for people that want to eat healthy but don't have time to prepare meals. I gave it 4 stars because I thought the book would be longer. But it's still good book
  • Not bad for non-cooks.

I'm going to start off by saying that I will never use any of the "recipes" in this book because I don't eat these types of frozen, processed foods. BUT I will give credit to the author for addressing those who do eat these and the ways to add more sustenance and health to them. The caloric content, nutritional facts, etc, were researched to make the best meal recommendations for those who can't or don't want to cook. There is obviously still a market for the frozen meals otherwise we wouldn't see them on store shelves so the author did a fairly decent job at making a creative, more filling meal out of them. So while someone like myself would not find interest in this book beyond the title, there are many people (a few I know too) would would find value in it.

The recipes sound good, but if you're dieting, why would a person want to add more calories. Maybe variety, but doesn't make sense. There r already enough calories there n my opinion. Just sayin'.
