William Hoffman appeals his conviction of conspiring to defraud the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, aiding and abetting the issuance of unauthorized letters of credit in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1005, and aiding and abetting the misapplication of a federally insured banks funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656.
