Nobody's Perfect Dana Hayes Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars
"Life isn't like a romance novel."
For Jenna Lansing, meeting the star of her favorite TV drama is a strange fluke, as well as a thrill. When Kinsey Sutton tells her he’d like to continue seeing her, that’s just icing on the cake. But this relationship faces some big challenges.
For one thing, there’s geography; they live on opposite ends of the country. Can a long-distance romance work? If so, for how long?
For another thing, there’s the matter of what Kinsey does for a living. Jenna has read enough magazine articles about actors’ rocky relationships to know that the odds are not exactly in their favor.
What’s the likelihood of this mismatched pair having a “happily ever after”? Their feelings for each other are not the issue. It’s everything else that threatens to get in the way.
**Nobody’s Perfect is less a traditional romance novel and more of a real-life relationship novel.**

User reviews about this book
I would have liked for it to end on a more "Hollywood" note because of the actor angle but other than that it was a really good read. I have ADHD and it kept me interested so kudos. Lol
Wow do I wish I had read others reviews before I read this. I was so disappointed in the abrupt ending that it made me mad I had spent any time on this at all. Do yourself a favor and don't download this even though it is free!
First off, not well written, main character boring. Kept hoping it would get better, but it just fell flat - leaving me upset that I wasted time on this. Don't like love stories that don't end well - if I wanted reality I'd talk to my friends about their love lives!!
Don't waste your time.
seriously the whole book is her worrying that it can't last & she causes that very thing to happen. I spent the whole thing curious how the arthur was going to convince the whiny character that there's a chance for well ANYTHING. Didn't happen. Just dropped it like a sack & walked off.
I wish I would've read the reviews before reading. Worst ending ever! This is the worst romance I've ever read! I live real, books are meant to be an escape!! Ugh!!

This is one of the WORST stories I have ever read! What a WIMP of a woman and WUSS of a man! If the author thought this was. "romance," she is SADLY misguided. I would NOT recommend this book and it is doubtful that I would ever read snything else by this author.
Disappointing & confused
Story was very bland, and could have ended much better, even if keeping it clean was a priority... On top of that, it included a preview to what appears to be a related book- where the main character is actually the author who "wrote" nobody's perfect... As much as I love to follow series when I've read a book, I won't be buying the followup...
Waste of time
This is a platonic book with potential for heat. Instead of going with heat, the author rambles on forever over mundane details. SPOILER: there is no happy ending.
Not worth the time. Uneventful and disappointing.
Why I read romance.
I have reality in my own life. I do not want it in my romance novels. I want the dream, the happy ever after. The author stated that it was an unconventional romance, but it was not really a romance at all. Just a friendship with some kissing.
