Byline: Greg Bolt The Register-Guard Correction (published March 11, 2010): Oregon law does not prohibit members of the public with a concealed handgun license from carrying a weapon in a school. A story on Page A1 Wednesday incorrectly said no one can carry a gun in a school. Recent court rulings allow schools to bar employees with concealed weapons permits from bringing a gun into a school building, but the ruling does not apply to other permit holders.
