Wild as the Wave Edward Ashley-Smith Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars
From the pure chance Consultancy project, which takes him back to the Far East in Malaysia, he finds his true self, although very slowly. (It is a stark contrast indeed to the totally celibate Canadian two year adventure, when, at 23, he was finding himself and searching for his destiny, having been sentenced to a short projected life ) -As well as a year as a Volunteer Arbeiter in Meinerzhagen, West Germany, as was. Now his -afterburners were on- and his momentum increased until it almost destroyed him. Saved only by the onset of old age perhaps He was like an overpaid footballer in a glory hole. But, as he often said himself, If I dropped dead tomorrow, I never missed a thing.
