Gulliver's Travels Jonathan Swift Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars
The masterwork from writer-satirist Jonathan Swift, Gulliver’s Travels tells the story of wandering adventurer Lemuel Gulliver and the fantastical countries he visits on his journey around the globe. From Lilliput (a town with a six-inch tall population) to Brobdingnag (full of giants) and from the flying land of Laputa to Houyhnhnm, the country run by super-intelligent horses, Swift pokes fun at the universal flaws of human society. A mixture of scathing social criticism and wild imagination, Gulliver’s Travels has remained a tremendously popular book for nearly three centuries.

How much is the book it won't show me? I want to get it but don't know the cost so.. Can someone please tell me?!
I loved this book, it was so amazing, it was sad when he left the places though, I feel like there could've been a little bit more though. My favorite was the Houyhnhnms! Yahoos!
Political satire with interesting ideas.

Not very realistic and some what forced at times. Not very high opinions of women, lawyers, politicians, professors, etc.
Where are parts three and four?
But, it does have good footnotes and nice pictures.
Too many typesetting and pagination errors in this edition. It looks to be a cheaply-made edition to show the reader an advertisement.
Get one from an established publisher.
I had to read this book for class but didn't want to bring the huge book (the story was in a collection where the book was bulky) everywhere I went. I found this, and read it everywhere without having to carry a ten pound book! This book is awesome and funny also it was free!!! So best thing ever!

This was one of the best books of satire I have ever read!
I've avoided the classics for years, assuming they would be boring and written in such an old style that they would be difficult to understand.
Was I ever wrong! This was a great read! I enjoyed the tongue-in-cheek humor that poked fun at our culture.
I recommend this book!
It's okay but I've seen much better plenty of times
