Think and Grow Rich (Original Unabridged Version) Napoleon Hill Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars

This is the Best-Selling Success Book of All Time.

Over 60,000,000 Copies Have Been Sold.

In 1883, Napoleon Hill was born into poverty. In 1910, while working as a reporter, he was assigned to interview billionaire industrialist, Andrew Carnegie. During this interview, Carnegie gave hints about the “secret” he had used to attain wealth.

Carnegie believed the process of success was a simple formula which could be duplicated by the average person. Impressed with Hill, Carnegie commissioned him (without pay and only offering to provide him with letters of reference) to interview over 500 successful men and women, many of them millionaires, in order to discover and publish this formula for success.

The project lasted over 20 years, during which Hill became an advisor to two Presidents of the United States, Woodrow Wilson and Franklin D. Roosevelt.

“Think and Grow Rich” is the result of these interviews. In your hands is the original and unabridged version, just as Napoleon Hill intended.

Although not directly named, Carnegie’s “secret” is mentioned no fewer than 100 times. If you are looking for it, and ready to put it to use, you will see it at least once in every chapter.

Are you ready? There’s only one way to find out…

This is perhaps the best book I ever read. It has changed me for life

Best book I have ever read. Life changing without being cheesy. I have been on the positivity track for some time, and this book affirmed for me my suspicion that two of the most important things in life are focusing on goals and positivity. To that effect, avoiding negative things, people, habits, thoughts… It's amazingly hard if you really start to think about things in terms of whether they're positive or negative. Once you get the hang of it though-and reading a book like this helps-it becomes like a game, like a maze, to avoid the negative and only allow positive in your life.

I have not read a book since I left the military in 1993. This book has changed my life completely. I found myself unable to put it down. At first, my religious point of view clouded my judgement because I thought it was "hocus pocus". However as I read the book and decided to make the rules apart of my daily life, I found myself at the top of my companies sales board every month. I was a mediocre salesman because I was afraid. I found myself repeating the self confidence formula to myself whenever I felt challenged by a customer and before I knew it, I had given a solution and gotten a sale where I would have given up before. Thank you Napoleon Hill!!! Now to read again.............
