Muse Katy Evans Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars

A brand new sizzling standalone contemporary romance by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Evans.

It was supposed to just be a quick trip to Manhattan.
My best friend was heartbroken. She needed support, and I needed inspiration.
I hoped to love the city. Bustling. Crazy. Inspiring New York.
But I ended up at the airport, heading home in the same condition that I arrived.
In a rut.
Add to all that, missing my flight and losing my laptop—the laptop, where the Best Love Story Ever sat on my hard drive.
Enter Noah Steele. Eerily familiar. Movie star. Heartthrob. Sultry romeo with bedroom eyes.
(But we're not going there.)
He missed his flight too.
Noah is so smoldering, lip-bitingly hot, he's not taken seriously as an actor, and is struggling to launch his career in New York.
He's only ever had superficial girlfriends, so he's having trouble showing true passion in his acting—the same challenge I’m having with this book.
When we met, we didn't know that our connection would bring us the change we’d been craving.
That we’d be the very thing the other needed and didn't know.
Each other's muse.

*This book is a complete standalone and no previous reading is necessary to enjoy.

Another great read from Katy Evans. I preordered this book and it did not disappoint. Every second counted in this book. Very different from her other stories but just as good if not better.

Muse is unlike any Katy Evans book I've read before and that only makes me love it more. This fun, fast paced, playful read left me with the biggest smile on my face. Of the three Manhattan books, (Muse can be read as a complete standalone) I think this one is my favorite!! I absolutely adore Becka and Noah. They have an incredible chemistry that you see right off the bat. We were first introduced to Becka in Tycoonl. She is Brynn’s best friend from Texas. As an aspiring romance author she came to New York looking for inspiration. On her way home, she misses her flight home and is stuck in the airport with the sexy stranger who also missed the flight. I swooned hard over Noah Steele. I was only half in hour into the story and I was already fully in love with him. He's cocky and egotistical but also charming and sweet. He was so much more than just a Hollywood superhero actor. He is determined in his pursuit of Rebecca. Even though this book took place in one weeks time it didn't feel rushed or forced. Noah and Becka's relationship grew organically. I loved their games, their conversations, their connection. Of course, Katy Evans did a great job building the sexual tension between them. Sometimes you just need a low angst, sweet, read-in-one-sitting instalove book to lift your spirits. Katy Evans’ Muse hits the right spot.

Who would ever dream that losing your laptop that holds your work and missing a flight would lead to finding the person who completes you! Noah and Becka meet in an unconventional way. The chemistry between the two is evident from the very beginning. Noah is relentless in his pursuit of her to hook up with him. It was so easy to fall in love with the characters and their story. Katy did a phenomenal job with Noah and Becca’s story. It is a MUST read!
  • Love is an adventure

This is one of my favorites by Katy Evans, it had a good pace, it was funny, and oh so sexy. Bekka and Noah meet at JFK after missing their flight to Dallas. He comes to her rescue after she has a panic attack and I don’t really want to give you any more details about what happens next because I want you to read this book. I want you to enjoy this book as much as I did and love Bekka and Noah as much as I know your going to.

Katy Evans is WOWING us with the love story of Noah & Becka. Katy never disappoints when she writes. I really love Noah. Noah is an actor who meets Becka in JFK airport. Becka is a writer who is trying to get home from being with her BFF. These two run in to each other and so starts and amazing story. Katy makes you feel like you are right there with them.
