From Garden to Grave Rickie Blair Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars

Murder. It's a perennial problem.

Verity Hawkes is a shut-in. After two years bunkered in her apartment, the only thing that gets her out is the disappearance of her beloved but eccentric aunt. As she takes over her aunt's landscaping shop, she'll need to go from hoarder to horticulturist in a hurry…

Her new home of Leafy Hollow is quaint, except for her most obnoxious client. When a series of freak accidents kills the customer, all signs point to Verity as the killer.

The hunt for answers is on, and Verity must question a tipsy carpenter, a bacon-peddling vegan baker, and her dreamy landscaping competitor to keep her new life afloat. Failure to find the truth could put her back in a confined space for much more than two years…

From Garden To Grave is the first book in a series of delightfully funny cozy mysteries. If you like lovably quirky characters, deceptively idyllic Canadian villages, and twists you won't see coming, then you'll love Rickie Blair's Leafy Hollow Mysteries.

Buy From Garden To Grave to plant a new seed of mystery today!

Loved this eBook! I did not see any typing errors, as mentioned by another reviewer. Perhaps, the author corrected the problems, after reading that review. If this is true, KUDOS TO YOU, RICKIE!!! Quirky characters, the author described each well. Helping to develop the story easily, held my interests throughout the story! Enjoyed the suspense and the twists and the surprises too. This was a free book. New author/writer to me. I plan on buying more of this series. And, checking into further books by Rickie Blair! 🐰🐰🐰

This was a book and I enjoyed very much. Do you know how sometimes there are some books to start reading and you stop pick it up again. This is not one of them I read this book in one day. This was book number one I'm getting all the rest because I enjoyed this one thoroughly. Also being from Ontario Canada and living in the states I recognized a lot of places.

Great mystery! The author did a great job of keeping the murderer a surprise at the end. The story was so entertaining that I had a hard time putting it down when I needed to do other stuff. Overall, a very good read. I did, however, become frustrated with the numerous typos which confused the meaning and made the story more difficult to interpret.
