For people suffering the diseases of mental deterioration, no more effective treatment exists than a careful diet. Millions of people who suffer this deterioration need the diet I developed over years of treating patients and that is featured in this book. ; the same diet I follow daily. In this book I identify the nerve toxins found commonly in our diet: monosodium glutamate, low calorie sweeteners, gluten, refined sugar and lactose. I tell how these chemicals cause human disease; I describe how their names are displayed on food labels; I also provide cautions to help the reader understand and follow the diet. Afflicted people need guidance in choosing the foods they can eat and the guidance is provided in book 2. There, I discuss how I follow the diet from breakfast to dinner. Molly Behymer, friend and owner of Creative Catering by Molly, is well versed in providing meals and contributes to the development of the diet.
