Whether you are the marketing director of a multibillion-dollar company, the owner of a small business, a politician running for office, or the lead singer of a rock band, Building a StoryBrand will forever transform the way you talk about who you are, what you do, and the unique value you bring to your customers.

User reviews about this book
By Mark Nosrati
This is one of the best books I’ve ever read on branding and marketing. I’ve read countless books and although they all provided me with great information, I can easily say that this book is very transformative. If you’re a small business owner you should require everyone who is in your marketing, sales, and customer service department to read this book.
So many nuggets of information just in the first section. Awesome read!
Talking, Talking and Talking .. SHUT UP
This book is awfully full of stories that don’t get to the point
Amazing for entrepreneurs everywhere
Speechless....I recommend this book to EVERYONE
Just what I need as an author
I have written several books that have been published, and have another one coming out in 24 months. A good friend recommended I read BUILDING A STORYBRAND, but I had no idea how it would apply to me as an author. Surprise— it was a total eye-opener! Donald Miller helped me overcome my fear that I would have to morph into an egomaniac marketer to sell books, simply by reminding me why I wrote in the first place: to improve the life of the reader. Whatever kind of business you are in, I highly recommend this book. It’s just what I need as an author.
Clarity is where it’s at.
This is a jem of a book. I work for a church and even though we don’t sell a product in any traditional sense I was able to learn a lot of things that apply to the non-profit world. Moving people from "here to there" is a a challenge for every leader and having a Story process is very helpful and speaks to us in a language we all can relate to. I’d highly recommend this book.
Changed my business and my life!
Amazing book! I would recommend it to anyone. Even if you don’t have a business. It’s very helpful for your outlook on life in general. Thanks StoryBrand!
First book I’ve read in 5 years and helped me gain more perspective on my business. The concept of “Story” shared in this book is particularly interesting and points out the consistency in people’s consumer mindset, which I found fascinating to read.
Finally, clarity has been achieved!
I’ve struggled with developing an effective marketing message for a long time. After reading this book, clarity has been achieved. Marketing isn’t as complicated as we are led to believe. The challenge is in simplifying the message. The author lays out the plan to make it happen. Great resource book!
