Wanted: A Leopold Blake Thriller Nick Stephenson Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars
Nowhere to hide...
What should have been a relaxing vacation in Paris turns into another unwinnable situation for expert criminology consultant Leopold Blake. Caught in the cross hairs of a ruthless assassin and on the run from the police for a murder he didn't commit, Blake and his team must fight to clear his name before it's too late.
As enemies close in from all sides, Blake is about to learn who he can trust - and who is determined to destroy him - as The City of Light becomes a new hunting ground.
Wanted is another exhilarating instalment in the Leopold Blake series of thrillers, which can be read and enjoyed in any order.

User reviews about this book
A twist on the everyday thriller
The author did a good job of keeping the characters involved where we the readers could tell the good guys from the bad ones. The ending left this reader wondering when the next book might be out to be able to find out about the father Blake.
I’ll watch for it.
A fantastic fast paced read
It's an okay book
Nothing great, nothing bad. Just okay. Characters are not well integrated, nor do you find yourself knowing them well enough to cheer for. Predictable plot.
Wanted: A Leopold Blake Thriller
I loved the mystery and romance with some intrigue. However, I withheld 5 stars instead of 4 because of the language that was unnecessary. The writing was tight enough and kept me coming back, but I was distracted by the profanity.
A Fun Story!
The first in the Leopoldo Blake series and my first with Nick. I enjoyed it a lot, it was a fun, fast-paced story with a compelling lead character. Reminded me of Philip Mercer for some reason, which is a good thing. :)
I'll be back for more.
Why did I waste my time?
Poor character development, pathetic plot, and poorly, sloppily edited. It was as if the author has a book of the most pathetic, predictable cliches in a folder, which he would pull out and judiciously add to his book at random. The only emotion I felt upon completing this book as relief.
A quick and pretty good read, however I wish you would have spent more time on developing the fingerprints of the characters in your book including the Leopold character.
Silver & Platimun were extraordinary. "Wanted" seemed pretty much shorted accross the board
I haven't given up on S. but I'm close. The investment of the reader, I.e. me, needs a better payoff. Stevenson is obviously talented and shouldn't give his readers such thin material particularly when they know he can deliver so much more.
I had trouble putting it down, it was great and I wished it was much, much longer. 5***** is hardly a high enough score!
Dumb & Predictable
By Roger fewman
Thriller? Hardly. I find more suspense in an episode of the Big Bang Theory. And I'm no Francophile, but this book makes the Parisian police look like the dumbest cops in the world. I got this book for free from Apple. I overpaid.
