Forever My Girl Heidi McLaughlin Book Review Score: ★★★★★ 5/5 stars
ON DVD & DIGITAL
I was never supposed to be a rock star. I had my life all planned out for me. Play football in college. Go to the NFL. Marry my high school sweetheart and live happily ever after.
I broke both our hearts that day when I told her I was leaving. I was young. I made the right decision for me, but the wrong decision for us. I've poured my soul into my music, but I've never forgotten her. Her smell, her smile.
And now I'm going back.
After ten years.
I hope I can explain that after all this time.
I still want her to be my forever girl.

User reviews about this book
I am a reader and have to say this is a fantastic book. Highly recommend
Love, love love this book, felt like I was a character in the book. I could feel all the emotions they went through. I really enjoyed it!
I love the way you tell their story! Such a great read!
Forever my girl
This book was amazing! I read it all in one day and could not stop turning the page. Definitely recommend this!
actually confused by all the great reviews
As far as romance novels go, this was one of the worst. Not an ounce of suspense. Writing was weak and lazy, seems like the work of someone just starting out as a writer BEFORE they go back and add details that will get someone hooked. Characters had a lack of characteristics... didn’t care about ANY of them. Unrealistic point of view of children as well.... will not see the movie either.
I would have loved this book if I hadn’t seen previews for the movie that seems completely different. Movie looks better than the book.

Story was ordinary, predictable and short. Ending should have been better. Did not enjoy reading this.
Great book ever

Lasting Love can Take Time
First book I ever finished in one day. Couldn’t stop reading. Great love story that just takes time to work out.
I loved this book. It is well-written and made me both laugh and cry. I read it before the movie came out on purpose. To be honest, I can’t imagine the movie being nearly as good as the book because of all the changes they made. But I’m hoping the changes work.
This book was so good that I bought and read the next two books...Harrison’s and Jimmy’s stories. The first is always the best, but the other two are not far behind.
