I tried three times as I love SciFi— finished it but all I can remember is red dust tunnels and slave labor—- Would make a great book for a lit class. Well written

Please read this epic. After the 1st quarter of the book, the story hits hard and doesn’t slow down.

Strategy, psychology, character development, war, and love. This book has everything you could want in a book, and is a better version of Hunger Games or Enders Game

Interesting story. Good start, got a little slow in the middle, but really vamped up for the end.

Do you enjoy bad ripoffs of the Hunger Games to the point where its the EXACT SAME BOOK, just poorly written and on mars? Well then have fun with Red Rising! For the rest of you, dont read this book. The characters are so one dimensional and uniteresting that some of them are used as disposable place holders with the sole purpose of driving the plot, and the main characters who actually matter are just so shallow that they can barely maintain the same personality instead of just reacting to whatever BS plot device is thrown their way. Then there's the "sci-fi” bit: ITS NOT THERE. The begining is rife with it, and that was nice, but then its all ripped away, and the characters are tossed into a big dome and told to fight each other, just like a certain other YA book… To summerize, this book is a plagarized piece of garbage that has somehow managed to fool a signifigant amount of people into thinking its original. Also, if you like characters who still have ears and don't get raped, not the book for you.

One of my favorite new series. The series is a fast paced adventure that is enjoyable, exciting, and fast paced. I thoroughly enjoyed each book in the series and have read it twice already.
