User reviews about this book

  • Belly fat Diet

    By Missingwords
I think I'm really going to enjoy and have success with this program. However I'm a little unclear about what is considered a portion on limited items such as whole wheat bread, wraps, or pita. Any feedback would be great- sorry in advance if I missed something about portions. Suza from Oklahoma
  • Realistic approach to eating healthy

    By riegel_amanda
Great book if you need a plan to change your eating habits. Simple and straightforward with easy to understand science about how and why the body stores belly fat. Recipes are quick, easy and delicious while not breaking the bank. Best part of the whole program is how logical and realistic it is, you are allowed to cheat once a week, you are encouraged to eat throughout the day and more. I use the book daily, love it.
  • Adding some vegetables to my diet...

    By Wintrickscifi
I’ve noted the lack of vegetables in my diet so I thought I’d pick up a cookbook to get some ideas. I’ve already tried a couple of the recipes I found here and was pleased with the results. Good book and thanks.

The author of this book talks to you, not down or at you like so many diets. He actually sounds like he understands our struggles to lose that stubborn fat around our middles. The Belly fat Diet cookbook was a great source of information on food that I can’t wait to start trying out!

What a great guide on losing belly fat! It is a well thought-out and very understandable guide that foregoes the fad diets and cardio workout crazes that grace magazine covers, but offers factually-based techniques for losing belly fat. Don't waste your time on anything else, buy this book! (It has great recipes too)

  • A good starting diet

    By Lord Searon
This has a great system for being on a diet that isn’t really a diet. No calorie counting, no real limit on what and when you should eat. Pretty good I would recommend this to someone what has hit a plateau in their weight loss and or are new to dieting. A simple but effective system to follow
  • The best diet to start with

    By abeekubright
When it comes to diets you automatically think you will have to completely change your eating habits. when the diet becomes complicated, people tend to go back into their eating habits even harder than before. This book prevents that by letting you eat as much as you want but on a well rounded schedule.
