Love this book
This book has helped me a lot. I love that none of the workouts require equipment. The best part is the videos. I have been doing this work out for 5 months now and have seen a massive change. Thank you to the author. You changed my life.

This book was great for getting control of those little flabby arms and saggy thighs !
I felt and looked tighter as well as lost 3 inches all over. I don't believe in weighing myself so I don't know if lost weight- I do know I went from 38-34 waist in those 4 weeks! Videos were a great touch in getting the body positions correct and motivation to work out with someone at home!
Get this book while it is free and see results with basic no-weight or ropes or steps or anything else but you and your body weight! Well, off to do the next 4 weeks!! Awesome book and videos!
Love the simplicity and quickness of the workouts. Almost done with the 4 week program, and plan to just start over again keeping the same 3 day a week schedule.

I love this series

I love this series, now, don't get it twisted its no joke, but in one day I can feel the difference. I am working an aggressive plan. I am completing week one day 1-3 for three days every other day. I am also starting a walk/jogging program on the side two days a week for 30mins. And one day a week completing a Zumba class at home. I am eating right and drinking lots of water daily. Although, this is an aggressive workout plan it's a commitment to myself and I know within a few months I will start to see the fruit of my labor IF I stay committed. Pray with me that when I want to quit or not workout a day that I will push myself. This is day 4. I will keep you all posted on my progress. Right now I am at 285lbs on 6-7-2012.
This is the most easy workout program I've ever done and it works! You have to stay with it and cut down your calories by 300-500 per day; about six days into it you will notice the difference.
Great find save me money going to the gyms and buying silly workout equipment
