I really loved the plot and story line but the end lifted me hanging. I would have liked to have her talk to her father we know nothing about him and also were did those wendigos come from? How did they defeat it? If she was a gods daughter shouldn't she have already had her powers or were the sealed? Things like this should have been answered. If it weren't for that I really did like this book it was unique.

  • Too Much Bark, Not Much Bite.

I loved the plot line, until i got to the end and was left hanging. There are too many lose ends. Where were the creatures coming from? Why were they suddenly coming? If that is the threat, how did Aeon stop it for good? The love story progressed too quickly, and her mom accepted things way too quickly. A big deal was made of apple picking and provided a scene for the family and Aeon's mom to meet, but that was skipped completely. We never heard anything more about her boss's brother after it was said he was nursing wounds. Nothing came of Ash flirting with Alex. Did Alex's aunt ever get over her distaste? The grammar was a bit annoying as well. Was this proof read before put in the store? "Free" is not an excuse to be sloppy. There were way to many openings and practically no closings. I guess I certainly got what I payed for.
