Great writing. The story takes the reader on expected, and, more importantly, unexpected adventures. I did not want to stop reading!!

Great read with a great story line. It leaves you smiling at the magic of it all!
Fantastic Dragon-centric Fantasy with a novel twist!
This is simply a wonderful book with a totally new take on dragons. There are far too many points to mention. With such a cast of well-drawn characters and a solid plot, it simply begs for many sequels! I dearly hope that Ms. Starsmith will continue to write additional books to continue this much loved tale she has begun! 🐉📚
A story so visual and entertaining about a world you have to believe in...the only negative comment is there is no more to read! Please bring us more of Jessa, dragons, and the healers! PLEASE...
Obtained for free, expected this to be juvenile or at best young adult fairy tale. Took a while to get past preconceptions and begin to enjoy the characters and story lines as they developed. Was surprised and delighted by several plot points that did not proceed in an anticipated manner. This one loves to be pleasantly surprised by a new (to this one) writar. This one will be looking for othar books by Rowan Starsmith.
Little dragons--great, but not enough of it.
Need to know more of the fates of the characters. Give us another book to tie the loose ends, please.
The little dragons II where are you
This is the best dragon fantasy book ever. I’ve been waiting, waiting, waiting patiently for the next in the series. Is there going to be a next in the series? I have googled the author and can find nothing.
Great story, but...
I loved this story. It has a wonderful plot however the author seemed to be focused more on having the most chapters of any book in history than to give the reader dealings. At no point could I feel as though I was a part of the story because it constantly jumped from character to character with very little connection between them or detail to the world around the characters, especially secondary characters.

Loved it. Hoping for sequels.
Enjoyable but simplistic quick read but riddled with mistakes
This book was just ok. For a free read, it was entertaining enough but I regularly felt taken out of the story by grammar, spelling and continuity mistakes that left me wincing.
The story has potential. The writing is juvenile at times, but a strong willing suspension of disbelief will get you through it.
The plot is interesting but drags at some points and then blows right through important events, ending before they've established, thereby making it difficult to care about that character or situation. Disappointing but bearable.
Give it a try if you are looking for a free easy read.
