User reviews about this book
Read this book in high school, although it’s heart breaking it’s a good read!
Life changing book
It was very hard to hold back tears while reading this one but knowing where David is now in his life I had to read it. Not only is the story heart breaking but it is told so intelligently and eye opening. This is one of those series that after you read you’ll never be the same again.
I love it
What a heartbreaking story of child abuse. However I would of loved to know what happened to the mother, father and brothers. Would of loved to have read that justice prevailed.
A Child Called It is a great read. I could not put this book down. It’s about a child who is singled out and abused by his mother. It’s very interesting and has a happy ending. This book shows that you can overcome your biggest obstacles and grow stronger from them. I would highly recommend this book because it is a very compelling story and makes you grateful for everything you have and is an easy read.
I don’t really like to read, but once I started reading this book I couldn’t let go of it. That how good this book is, but heartbreaking at the same time. I hardly recommend it!
I’ve literally only read two books in my life, The Giver in the 6th grade, and then this one.. mind blown and kept my interest in reading it until the end. By far best book and author. Real eye opener as well!
I’m not satisfied
I purchased this book in my iBook on my iPhone 7 Plus And It did not download I paid $11.00 if you are not able to fix the problem I would like a refund
