Worry? No one has time for that.
This lovely collection of literature provides a solid backdrop of techniques to handle and manage stress in its many manifestations.
Plus the supporting letters from various sources help solidify the impact of dissolving negative thinking from our lives.
Amazing... Thank you!
I'm only about 100 pages in and I love it. So glad I found this. I've read the first chapter 3 times because it's that USEFUL. This book is for anyone who not only worries, but who is stressed or just wants a good read. Thank you to the author. I've been going through a very tough time.
A life saver
This has helped me through some tough times. I read it one chapter every night at random and lo and behold it works like magic. Making me calmer, happier, peaceful and with a more broader view of the world. I got this as a gift from my father and this book is truly worth for me its weight in gold.
This is a must read for anyone who wants to conquer worry. I am a Life Coach, and many of these principles, I apply in my program.
How To Stop Worrying and Start Living
By Diane Giddeons
I am not now, or ever have been a chronic worrier. Yet, life has been heavy at times and I have always purposed to live and agree that "to everything there is a season" (Ecc. 3). Next to the Bible, this is probably THE very best book of sound advice for anyone to pattern their life by. I am grateful for the hours and efforts that Dale Carnegie contributed to make this available. It will strengthen the mind of any reader.
Great proactive book
This book helps you stay focused and on task
