Another great book! Solid!!!
Had the pleasure of meeting the author this year at Dave Ramsey's EntreLeadership Summit in Dallas last May. What a great, knowledgable author. And a nice man too. Taught me about humble, hungry and smart in building a team from his first book which they gave us at the Summit. Love his writing style. Highly recommend especially if you own a business or are running a team.
Wisdom nugget after wisdom nugget

This was an incredibly good, and easy, read. This book is full of pragmatic ideologies one will be able to take to their team as soon as the book is finished. I would highly recommend this book to any business leader.
As an active duty Marine, this book will help with developing a team. Marines are trained as a team and are taught to adapt and overcome. This book has just opened my eyes a bit more when it comes to encouraging conflicts for the better of the team. I recommend this book for any member of any team. Maybe this book will make the "Commandants Reading List" one day. #SemperFidelis #Gunny

I had to read this book for work and was worried it was going to be hard to get through. I was definitely wrong. I was hooked from the beginning and finished the book quickly. It's very helpful information and I really enjoyed the style he used to explain the subject. It's worth your time.
This book was very engaging. It was hard to put down. I finished it in two nights and learned a ton about leading a team.

This book was exactly what I needed to show me ways to improve our teams performance. I highly recommend this book to anyone who leads a team or is part of one.
After reading this book I immediately bought one for each of my staff to read and go over.
Enjoyable and insightful read
I am not a business professional, but anyone who gets even a quarter of the way through this book should be able to understand what a difference this book could mean to any team. Me? I'll use it for the band I work with. It can just as easily translate to a sportsteam, religios organization, or anyone who works with others in the pursuit of a vision.
Helpful for team-players
I enjoyed reading 5 Dysfunctions of a Team because the book begins with a story about a fictional company, which made the concepts of the book easy to understand. After reading about the fictional story the book goes through the five dysfunctions of a team, and provides anecdotes, in a way the readers can then use for themselves. This is a good book for anyone that has to work with other people in his or her job.
