User reviews about this book
I was forced to read this book for class and i HATED it. first of all, this review is not for people who like analyzing literature becuse that is the majority of the book. But even if you enjoy that theres too much description of stuff that doesnt matter. there was a point where he spent 3 pages describing the beach, thats just as many pages as there was actual action. Also the ending sucked and was unnecessary. -978243879423042/10
Wow not what I had expected!
My English teacher gave this to us as a summer assignment, and I must say I wasn't too happy about it. But the very last words she had said to us was, "This book will scar you for life!" And believe when I tell you this,
This book is just simply amazing, and the storyline is very interesting. Except, why such a high price?

i do not like the end
By Commands don't work at all.
It started out slow. I had to read this for class and I was so excited when we finally finished this book.
This is an amazing story! I definitely recommend, it is not long but intense.
I hated every part of this book. If 0 stars was an option this book would be 0 stars. The main character is just horrible

It was a good book but it didn't really have a setting and what time it took place
It's a good book for middle school reading
After I read this book, I think it's very boring but it is a good book to read in middle school and a good book to teach for Literature.
WORST ENDING EVER

The story itself was good and interesting, but I think the ending was pretty sad and unexpected. Really wish it could have had a different ending
